Copy and Use Restrictions
A backup copy of the Car Tracker for Windows for your own use is encouraged.  However, restrictions do not allow anyone to make unlimited copies.  The Truck Tracker is protected by copyright laws that apply to the software.  It is illegal to make copies of the Truck Tracker except for backup purposes.  Not only is this software illegal to copy onto physical media; it also can not be modified, leased, adapted, or duplicated to a specification without prior consent from Modern Business Computing.  In the same respect, all trade secrets are solely owned by Modern Business Computing.

Warranty

Modern Business Computing covers the warranty of the disk(s) purchased by any user.  They should perform to their expectations- free from any defects in the material and workmanship without any misuse by the user.  The warranty on the disk(s) will be covered for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.  If you received a disk(s) with defects, send it to Modern Business Computing along with the proof of purchase, and Modern Business Computing will replace it free of charge.  

After the 90 day period, there will be a $15.00 charge (Illinois residents add sales tax) for a replacement diskette.

The warranty stated above concerning the original diskettes is the only warranty expressed or implied by Modern Business Computing.  This statute includes the disks, related items, their quality, or otherwise.

The liability of Modern Business Computing with the understanding of what was presented above shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product.  In no event shall Modern Business Computing be liable for any loss of data, special consequences, or other damages that break the warranty.
